Job Description

Identify, develop and close new, profitable and sustainable growth opportunities in the Architectural Specialties Industry within assigned region across the value chain.

Identify and focus on strategic customers (OEM's, Architects, Specifiers, General Contractors, Government bodies, Installers etc.) all these value chains, aligned with the Functional Forms strategy to maximize return in the short, medium and long term timeframe.

Specify large architectural projects like sport stadiums, airport building, iconic landmarks etc.

Contacts assigned customer-accounts or prospects to sell the organization's products within a designated geographic territory or by nature of customers, to achieve sales targets, developing new business and opportunity, manage/sustain market share.

Interprets material needs, proposes technical solutions to meet material needs of new business, to support sales target achievement and market share objectives.

Co-work and support cross-segments growth with well built-up distribution channels, key customers in China.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or engineering or Business Operation is a must

Extensive years' working experiences in related fields

Excellent relationship building skills at the executive level, including architect and government relations

Ability to balance customer selection, resource deployment and service level with return

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Communication Skills

- Business and financial acumen
- Entrepreneurial mindset

Self-sufficient: working knowledge of on-line technical support tools and services

Strong project management skills

Ability to solve ambiguous, less defined problems

Willingness to travel extensively

Being creative and good at grasping new opportunities

Sounds technical background, good commercial sense

Good at communication and interpersonal skills

Good team player

Fluent and good command in English speaking and writing.
