Job Description 1.Marketing Needs: *Complete and secure advertising permits.*Review and approve marketing materials and official social accounts content.*Oversee the label review and approval of China marketed products.*Support trademark and patent related enquiries and work2.Sales (Ecommerce/Retail) Needs:*Create product master files and review product content for Ecommerce, social media platforms, and KOL programs. *Review and approve trade marketing materials, product catalogs, and training materials. 3.Local Regulatory Need:*Government regulatory affair management - create and maintain a good relationship with local government agencies such as SAMR and Customs.*Manage internal compliance systems including adverse event reporting, consumer complaints and technical inquiries in a professional and timely manner. *Help to collect or prepare the qualification certificates/credentials/declarations required by customers.*Maintain a complete dossier of current effective law/regulation/decree/GB standard applicable for Jamieson products. Keep abreast of all regulatory changes from SAMR/Customs/Health Canada and keep all relevant functional departments update when there are particular news impacting or relevant to our business in China.*Support the regulatory involvement in quality driven functions such as audits, regulatory agency inspections, or product recalls.4.Innovation Need*Develop regulatory strategies, plans and timelines, to ensure successful new registrations and effective product maintenances, in line with local business objectives.*Manage regulatory submissions process, prepare high quality submission packages and responses to deficiency questions within applicable timelines The Successful Applicant *Fluent in English and Mandarin*At least 8 years regulatory affairs experience in multinational pharmaceutical or food supplements*Strong understanding of SAMR regulations for supplements and health food products*Experience working with international supplements on CBEC *Strong stakeholder management capabilities.*Thrives under time sensitive situations on a regular basis.*Strong track record of successful conflict and crisis resolution.*Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
