Job Description

  • Property Performance Leadership: The Development Manager, Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan holds accountability for driving and optimizing the performance of the brands' retail portfolio in these three sub-markets, consistently exceeding established benchmarks and contributing to overall portfolio success.
  • Lease Management & Lease Negotiation: The Development Manager, Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan develops and implements robust strategies for lease management and lease negotiation at the brand level, securing advantageous lease terms and cultivating strong, productive partnerships.
  • Portfolio Strategy Implementation: The Development Manager, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan leads the implementation of the overarching portfolio strategy at each brand's asset level in the three sub-markets.
  • Local Market Intelligence: The Development Manager, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan manages the daily communication with both internal and external stakeholders at local market level, with real time knowledge of the market trend and overall local luxury retail landscape. He/she will also support each Asset Manager with necessary local market updates / insights to rationalize all brands' real estate decisions relating to Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan

The Successful Applicant

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in real estate, management, business, or related field.
  • Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in real estate management, preferably in luxury or retail sectors.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to define strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of European and international real estate markets.
  • Ability to work in teams and lead multidisciplinary projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Chinese and English (proficiency in other languages ​​is an asset).
  • Strong results orientation with a strategic and analytical mindset.

  • Attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent stress management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:
