Job Description 1.Review formulas and raw materials for Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) products to ensure compliance with China and global regulations.2.Ensure high level quality of regulatory review by using the same standards and database as Global RA team. Proactively identify and resolve potential gaps and issues during formula/raw material assessments.3.Drive speed and process optimization initiatives to reduce review lead time while upholding data integrity and regulatory compliance.4.Drive initiatives to improve speed and optimize workflows without compromising data integrity.5.Build and maintain effective cross-functional collaboration with local third party manufacturers and internal stakeholders, to ensure smooth communication and workflow efficiency.6.Liaise with raw material suppliers when needed to mitigate timing risks.7.Monitor and track regulatory changes relevant to the business. The Successful Applicant 1.Master's degree or above in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Toxicology, or related fields.2.Solid experience in cosmetics R&D， with good knowledge and understanding in regulatory (both preferred).3.Fluent English communication skills.4.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across cultures and functions.5.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high learning agility.6.Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.7.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong execution and compliance focus.
