Quality Leadership & StrategyServe as the site Quality lead, developing and executing the plant's Food Safety & Quality strategy aligned with corporate standards.Lead, coach, and develop a quality team across In‑process Quality, Lab, and Quality Systems.2. Food Safety & ComplianceMaintain and continuously improve food safety programs, including HACCP, GMP, sanitation standards, allergen control, traceability, and foreign body prevention.Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and global corporate policies.Lead external audits (government, certification bodies) and internal audits.3. Quality Systems & Process ControlOversee implementation and maintenance of QMS, including document control, CAPA management, non-conformance handling, and quality KPIs.Ensure robust process quality controls, product testing protocols, inspection programs, and release procedures.4. Laboratory & In‑Process Quality ManagementSupervise lab operations, method validation, equipment calibration, and testing accuracy.Ensure timely in-process checks, data integrity, and root cause analysis for deviations.5. Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.Lead quality input for new products, new processes, engineering changes, and equipment upgrades.6. Incident & Risk ManagementLead product quality issue investigations, recalls, risks assessments, and preventive action plans.Drive culture building around quality ownership and employee engagement. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related disciplines.5+ years of food manufacturing quality management experience, including experience managing a quality team.Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety regulations, QMS and modern quality tools.Solid experience in laboratory, process quality, and quality systems management.English speaking ability strong enough for daily communication with global stakeholders.Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capability.Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.High sense of ownership, detail orientation, and decision-making capability.
