Job Description Procurement Leadership Lead the procurement and logistics organization in China Develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives Drive team capability building, performance management and succession planning Establish and monitor procurement KPIs Global Stakeholder Management Act as the key procurement interface between China and global procurement teams Drive alignment between local operational requirements and global priorities Support cross-functional and cross-regional projects Build strong working relationships across manufacturing, engineering, quality and commercial functions Supplier & Sourcing Management Develop sourcing strategies for electronic components, displays, PCB-related categories and other direct materials Manage strategic supplier relationships and supplier performance programs Ensure supply continuity, quality and cost competitiveness Support supplier development and localization initiatives where appropriate Process Excellence & Risk Management Improve procurement processes, governance and operational efficiency Identify and mitigate supply chain risks Support procurement digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with corporate procurement standards and policies The Successful Applicant The Successful Candidate Bachelor's degree or above 10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience Proven experience good procurement teams Strong exposure to electronics manufacturing, industrial electronics, display technologies or related industries Experience working within multinational organizations Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Ability to communicate effectively with international teams in English Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement risk Comfortable operating within matrix organizations Preferred BackgroundExperience from industries such as: Industrial Electronics Industrial Automation Electronic Components Display Technologies Embedded Systems Automotive Electronics Medical Electronics Previous experience in European multinational companies will be viewed favorably.
