Job Description

1.Process Quality Management

a. Oversee all process quality activities in production areas to ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements.

b. Guide and monitor operator behavior, work discipline, and GMP execution.

c. Identify and assess production risks and implement preventive controls.

d. Lead investigations of quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

e. Participate in quality assessments related to process changes, production trials, and related activities.

f. Support continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.2.Team & Cross-functional Collaboration

a. Manage a team of four process quality specialists with clear task allocation and follow‑through.

b. Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, EHS and other departments to ensure quality requirements are met on the shop floor.

c. Conduct quality training to improve awareness and operational consistency.3.Data & Reporting

a. Monitor key quality indicators, analyze trends, and provide improvement recommendations.

b. Maintain quality documentation, reports, and support internal/external audits.

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related fields.

2. Fluent English in both written and verbal communication.

3. Minimum 5 years of quality-related experience in food manufacturing, such as process quality, QA, or technical quality.

4. Familiarity with HACCP, ISO22000, GMP, and other food safety systems.

5. Experience in handling production quality issues and supporting cross-functional improvements.

6. Strong communication and coordination abilities suited for production environments.

7. Solid capability in risk identification, problem analysis, and driving problem‑solving.

8. Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
