Job Description Lead reliability assessments for DRAM products across design, process, and application stages. Develop and execute reliability test plans including accelerated stress testing and failure analysis. Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to identify and mitigate reliability risks. Analyze field return data and customer feedback to improve product robustness. Support qualification activities and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Stay current with JEDEC and industry reliability standards and integrate them into internal methodologies. The Successful Applicant Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in DRAM reliability or semiconductor reliability engineering. Strong understanding of DRAM architecture, failure mechanisms, and reliability modeling. Hands-on experience with reliability testing tools and statistical analysis methods. Familiarity with JEDEC standards and qualification procedures.
