Our client is a memory IDM company with operations in Shanghai, focused on delivering high-performance semiconductor solutions across global markets.

Job Description

  • Lead reliability assessments for DRAM products across design, process, and application stages.
  • Develop and execute reliability test plans including accelerated stress testing and failure analysis.
  • Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to identify and mitigate reliability risks.
  • Analyze field return data and customer feedback to improve product robustness.
  • Support qualification activities and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay current with JEDEC and industry reliability standards and integrate them into internal methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in DRAM reliability or semiconductor reliability engineering.
  • Strong understanding of DRAM architecture, failure mechanisms, and reliability modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with reliability testing tools and statistical analysis methods.
  • Familiarity with JEDEC standards and qualification procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
