Job Description Act as a key finance business partner to commercial and operational teams, supporting business growth and profitability improvement. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across business units. Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business decisions, investment evaluations, expansion plans and strategic projects. Deliver insightful management reporting and financial analysis to local and regional leadership teams. Identify operational and financial risks, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability. Drive process improvements, internal controls and finance transformation initiatives. Work closely with external stakeholders including auditors, consultants, PE shareholders and management teams. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines. CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred. 6-10 years of relevant experience gained from a combination of: Big 4 Transaction Services / Deals Advisory / Financial Due Diligence (FDD), and In-house commercial finance, FP&A, business finance or finance management experience in multinational companies. Strong financial modeling, valuation and business analysis capabilities. Prior exposure to retail, consumer goods, FMCG, e-commerce or multi-channel businesses is highly preferred. Able to translate financial insights into commercial recommendations and influence business stakeholders. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Highly analytical, intellectually curious, hands-on and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
