Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Business Partnering Serve as the primary HR partner for onsite management teams across plant functions. Participate in leadership discussions and provide people-focused solutions to support operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning. Drive succession planning, talent pipeline development, and organizational capability building for critical technical and supervisory positions. Support performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance Lead employee relations activities and provide practical solutions on disciplinary matters, performance improvement, workforce restructuring, and dispute resolution. Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, company policies, and labor governance requirements. Maintain stable labor relations and support constructive communication with employee representatives and relevant stakeholders. Partner with localte Management HR teams to support the full employee lifecycle. Coordinate work permits, residence permits, benefits administration, welfare programs, accommodation, and logistics arrangements. Provide guidance and support on employee welfare, medical cases, and assignment management. Cross-Cultural Leadership Facilitate effective collaboration between multinational leadership teams and local workforces. Act as a trusted advisor in managing cultural differences, communication challenges, and organizational integration. Promote an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. The Successful Applicant Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Business Partnering within manufacturing, heavy industry, industrial processing, mining, metals, energy, chemicals, or related sectors. Strong hands-on experience in employee relations, labor law interpretation, disciplinary processes, termination management, and dispute resolution. Comprehensive understanding of core HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, talent acquisition, and performance management. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Willingness to work in a remote overseas industrial environment on a rotational schedule. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting overseas plants, industrial projects, or multinational manufacturing operations. Demonstrated success working within multicultural and geographically dispersed teams. Strong resilience, adaptability, and stakeholder management capabilities.
