Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for onsite management teams across plant functions.
  • Participate in leadership discussions and provide people-focused solutions to support operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
  • Drive succession planning, talent pipeline development, and organizational capability building for critical technical and supervisory positions.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.



Employee Relations & Labor Compliance

  • Lead employee relations activities and provide practical solutions on disciplinary matters, performance improvement, workforce restructuring, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, company policies, and labor governance requirements.
  • Maintain stable labor relations and support constructive communication with employee representatives and relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with localte Management HR teams to support the full employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate work permits, residence permits, benefits administration, welfare programs, accommodation, and logistics arrangements.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee welfare, medical cases, and assignment management.



Cross-Cultural Leadership

  • Facilitate effective collaboration between multinational leadership teams and local workforces.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in managing cultural differences, communication challenges, and organizational integration.
  • Promote an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Business Partnering within manufacturing, heavy industry, industrial processing, mining, metals, energy, chemicals, or related sectors.
  • Strong hands-on experience in employee relations, labor law interpretation, disciplinary processes, termination management, and dispute resolution.
  • Comprehensive understanding of core HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work in a remote overseas industrial environment on a rotational schedule.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting overseas plants, industrial projects, or multinational manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated success working within multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and stakeholder management capabilities.
