Analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities across end-to-end business processes. Conduct root-cause analysis and develop practical recommendations to address business challenges. Support implementation planning and execution activities to ensure recommendations generate measurable outcomes. Contribute to cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives. Client Engagement & Problem Solving Work closely with clients to understand business priorities, challenges, and operational requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather insights and align project objectives. Translate complex business issues into structured analytical frameworks and actionable workplans. Present findings and recommendations to client teams and project stakeholders. Build trusted working relationships with both management and operational teams. Project Management & Delivery Manage individual project workstreams and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Ensure project outputs meet quality expectations and business objectives. Support internal knowledge development and project methodology enhancement. Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple client engagements simultaneously. Data Analytics & Digital Tools Utilize data analysis to identify trends, quantify opportunities, and support decision-making. Develop fact-based insights from operational, commercial, and supply chain data. Apply AI-enabled and digital productivity tools to accelerate project analysis, reporting, and presentation development. Support data-driven recommendations that improve business performance. Transform analytical outputs into client-ready presentations and executive materials. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work alongside consultants, project managers, and client teams across different functional areas. Collaborate with stakeholders from supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, engineering, finance, and commercial functions. Facilitate discussions to build consensus and drive project progress. Support implementation activities and change management initiatives. Contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment. The Successful Applicant Education Bachelor's degree and above from a well-regarded university. Master's degree is advantageous. Academic background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or related disciplines is preferred. Experience Experience in management consulting, operations transformation, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, industrial engineering, or related functions. Exposure to operational improvement, process optimization, cost reduction, or transformation projects. Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, equipment, consumer goods, or related sectors is beneficial. Candidates from industry roles with strong problem-solving and project experience are also welcome. Skills & Capabilities Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
