Job Description

1. Express & Domestic Operations

  • Oversee inbound, outbound, and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with service and quality standards
  • Ensure effective utilization of internal systems and operational tools
  • Monitor daily operations and improve processes to enhance service quality
  • Manage projects based on client requirements and contractual agreements
  • Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead operational efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Define annual operational objectives and development plans with leadership
  • Manage and evaluate performance of team leaders and supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with logistics safety regulations, including prevention of prohibited shipments
  • Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and airline partners
  • Manage operational costs within approved budgets



L2. Ground Operations

  • Collaborate with supervisors to optimize courier resource allocation and performance
  • Ensure effective use of handheld systems and digital tools in operations
  • Improve delivery and pickup performance in line with service standards
  • Monitor and evaluate team leaders and frontline team performance
  • Ensure fleet availability and proper maintenance
  • Supervise address management and ensure data accuracy



3. Customer Service

  • Manage customer service processes across different customer segments
  • Build a strong service culture within the organization
  • Develop and implement customer service improvement plans
  • Analyze complaints and drive root-cause resolution
  • Ensure achievement of customer service KPIs (e.g., SLA, call center metrics)
  • Coach and develop customer service teams
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet service standards
  • Continuously review and improve processes
  • Build strong relationships with key customers

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in logistics, express, or operations management roles
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple operational functions
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, distribution, and customer service processes
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including external partners
  • Analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
  • High level of responsibility, integrity, and execution capability
