Job Description 1. Medical Strategy & Direction Shape and implement the China Medical Affairs strategy aligned with local and global priorities Contribute to overall brand and business planning as a core member of the local management team Translate clinical insights, HCP perspectives, and market dynamics into actionable medical plans 2. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, and Safety teams Provide medical input across product lifecycle (registration, launch, post-launch, lifecycle management) Collaborate with global and partner medical colleagues to ensure alignment and smooth execution 3. Evidence Generation Define data gap assessment and local evidence generation plans Oversee Phase IV studies and Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) implementation Ensure high standards in study quality and governance 4. External Medical Engagement Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, medical societies, and external stakeholders Participate as a senior medical representative for scientific exchange Support external expert engagement and scientific communication activities 5. Compliance & Governance Ensure all medical activities align with global standards, local regulations, and internal compliance requirements Oversee review processes for medical and educational materials Maintain high standards in medical quality and ethical practices 6. Product & Portfolio Support Support new product introduction across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases Provide medical input to business development and portfolio evaluation 7.
