Job Description

Strategic Planning and Design

  • Based on the company's development vision, take the lead in conducting market insights, industry trend analysis, and competitor strategy decoding. Integrate macroeconomic dynamics, policy guidelines, and technological transformation trends to formulate the mid-to-long-term market strategy, brand strategy, and growth strategy, and deliver actionable strategic roadmaps and implementation guidelines.
  • Lead opportunity assessment and feasibility studies for new markets, new business tracks, and new formats; drive strategic positioning and resource concentration to incubate high-potential growth businesses.
  • Oversee the full-cycle management of strategic implementation, establish a closed-loop mechanism for strategic decomposition, execution monitoring, review and iteration, ensuring the consistency and synergy of strategic objectives.



Industry Ecosystem and Strategic Cooperation

  • Represent the company in high-end industry forums, and ecosystem partner engagements; build a high-value industry network and strategic cooperation alliances, drive in-depth cooperation with enterprises and authoritative institutions, and enhance the company's voice and ecosystem leadership in the industry.
  • Track cutting-edge industry technologies and business model innovations, promote the linkage between market strategy, technological innovation, and product innovation, and lead industry development trends.



Brand and Market System Development

  • Build a high-end, differentiated, and international brand value system for the group. Take charge of brand positioning upgrading, brand image reshaping, and brand equity accumulation; formulate global brand communication strategies, and coordinate high-profile brand PR events, industry summits, and benchmark case building to enhance the brand's influence and reputation in both the industry and capital markets.
  • Integrate global marketing resources, build a marketing matrix combining online and offline channels, promote the implementation of innovative models such as digital marketing, content marketing, and ecosystem marketing, and achieve efficient conversion of brand traffic into user assets.
  • Establish a standardized market management system covering market research, marketing planning, channel management, customer relationship management, and other modules to empower market expansion initiatives.



Team Management and Organizational Enablement

  • Be responsible for the establishment of the market strategy team, talent development, and cultural cultivation; attract and retain industry talents in market strategy, and build an elite team equipped with strategic thinking, innovation capabilities, and practical experience.
  • Formulate team performance objectives and incentive mechanisms, promote cross-departmental collaboration (with R&D, sales, product, operations, etc.), break organizational silos, and achieve in-depth integration of market strategies and business development.
  • Oversee team budget management and resource allocation, optimize investment return ratio, ensure the efficient utilization of marketing expenses, and maximize strategic value.
