We are seeking an experienced consultant or subject matter expert to support a strategic Crown Jewel Assessment and Critical Business Flow Assessment initiative. The successful candidate will help identify and map the organization's critical business services and end-to-end business flows, understand how these services are delivered, and assess the people, processes, applications, data, infrastructure, identities, and third-party providers that support them. Job Description Identify and document critical business services and end-to-end business processes.Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews across business, technology, operations, risk, and management functions.Develop business flow maps, service maps, and technology dependency maps.Analyze critical dependencies across people, processes, applications, data, identity platforms, infrastructure, and third-party providers.Support Crown Jewel identification and prioritization activities using a business-driven approach.Assess potential operational resilience, cyber security, third-party, and geopolitical risks.Identify single points of failure and key operational vulnerabilities.Translate complex findings into executive-level insights, recommendations, and presentations.Collaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to define security and resilience priorities. The Successful Applicant 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Operational Resilience, Business Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.Prior experience within banking, financial services, international financial institutions or consulting environments. Proven experience in critical business service mapping, business process analysis and technology dependency mapping.Experience conducting Crown Jewel Assessments, Critical Asset Assessments, Cyber Risk Assessments or Operational Resilience reviews.Strong understanding of application security, cyber risk, identity and access management, and third-party risk.Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews across business, technology and risk functions.
