Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of investment operations technology programmes and applications.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of digital platforms used by investment operations teams.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Direct solution architecture, systems integration, business process optimisation, and technology roadmap planning.
  • Manage delivery teams, project resources, vendors, and external service providers.
  • Ensure applications remain compliant, secure, scalable, and aligned with organisational standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, data, security, risk, and operations teams to support successful solution delivery.



The Successful Applicant

  • Around 15+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, digital programmes, or technology solution management.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, enterprise architecture, and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing complex business applications built on Microsoft and/or Java technology environments.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, system integration, data migration, and application support environments.
