Job Description Support the management and governance of the IT project portfolio. Monitor project performance, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives. Develop and maintain project reporting and governance mechanisms. Track key project metrics, milestones, and delivery progress. Prepare portfolio updates, management reports, and executive-level presentations. Partner with project managers, business teams, technology teams, and external vendors. Facilitate governance forums, project reviews, and steering committee activities. Drive initiatives that improve project transparency, efficiency, and delivery outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful IT PMO should have: 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Project Governance, Portfolio Management, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies. Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects within a complex organizational environment. Ability to analyse project data and translate insights into meaningful management reporting. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
