Job Description Manage the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning discussions, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring progress tracking. Lead onboarding and probation management processes to ensure a smooth employee integration experience. Coordinate the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, review timelines, performance evaluations, and results consolidation. Support employee lifecycle management, including employee inquiries, personnel changes, HR records administration, and employee relations matters. Partner closely with business teams to understand workforce needs and drive appropriate HR initiatives. Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Compliance, and Shared Services teams to support overall business objectives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above. Around 5 years of HR experience. Solid experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and performance management. Prior experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or in a broad HR function is highly preferred. Strong English communication skills with the ability to work in an international environment. Experience in renewable energy, power, or broader energy-related industries would be an advantage.
