The company operates multiple sites across Shenzhen, Dongguan, Shanghai, and Jiangsu and employs over 1,000 people in the Greater China region. As part of its continued growth, the business is strengthening its HR capabilities and seeking a hands-on HR Senior Manager who can drive both operational and strategic HR initiatives.

Job Description

  • Lead Talent Acquisition activities for business and corporate functions across Greater China.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
  • Review and improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Support talent development and organisational development initiatives.
  • Participate in leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement programmes.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, performance management, and employment terminations.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to senior managers and directors.
  • Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
  • Support compensation and benefits initiatives in partnership with specialist HR functions.
  • Partner with HR colleagues across multiple locations within Greater China.
  • Contribute to business transformation, organisational change, and HR improvement projects.
  • Support future international recruitment and global HR initiatives when required.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery and employee experience.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Solid HR generalist experience with exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Talent Development, and HR operations.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Strong employee relations experience, including handling complex workplace cases and employment terminations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of China labour legislation and HR practices.
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, electronics, or related sectors would be advantageous.
  • International company or multinational environment experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills; ability to work in English-speaking environments.
  • Cantonese language skills would be beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
