Manage vendor relationships and oversee routine maintenance, calibration, inspection, and compliance activities. Support procurement processes, including documentation preparation, purchase requests, and vendor management. Monitor laboratory operational standards, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained working environment. Coordinate office space, equipment, asset management, and workplace services. Human Resources Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, and offboarding. Implement local HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and workplace matters. Support employee engagement, retention, culture initiatives, and organizational effectiveness. Coordinate with external HR service providers, payroll vendors, and relevant agencies when required. Administration & Executive Support Manage office administration and daily operational activities of the R&D center. Provide coordination and administrative support to the Head of China R&D Center. Organize internal meetings, events, and business visits. Maintain operational records, contracts, and business documentation. Government & External Affairs Support interactions with local government authorities, industrial parks, and external stakeholders. Track and facilitate applications related to talent programs, R&D incentives, tax benefits, and other policy initiatives. Assist in maintaining compliance with local regulatory requirements and business registrations. Support the establishment and ongoing operation of local legal entities when necessary. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, office administration, site operations, or facility management within a multinational environment. Prior experience supporting an R&D center, laboratory, manufacturing site, or newly established entity is highly preferred. Solid understanding of PRC labor laws, employment regulations, social insurance, and related compliance requirements. Experience working with external government agencies, service providers, or industrial park authorities is considered an advantage.
