Job Description · Guide and Design verification and validation environment (HIL，SIL，MIL) to meet Model based Design test goals Lead Design and Review on Software Test Spec/ Test Case / Test Report generation, and provide feedback on software black testing and hardware integration Testing.· Design and Implement automatic test scripts and manual test procedures that conform to motor control and digital product function spec · Design and setup general tester to support various motor control modules. e.g.. different voltage, different control scheme.· Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing to ensure software quality and compliance with specifications.· Develop LabVIEW/Matlab based automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.Help leadership in achieving speed, usability and robustness objectives of all related systems, components, and sub- assemblies.· Translate customer requirements into software specifications. Analyze test results, document findings, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.Maintain and update test environments, tools, and equipment. Ensure that proper documentation is maintained for work performed.Embrace team members, and training technician to use the tester rig.Other Software Test or Competency boost task assigned by leaders The Successful Applicant A successful Hill Test Manager should have:8+ years of experience in embedded software testing, preferably in motor control systems (such as PWM, PID…).Proficiency in testing language LabVIEW and programming scripting languages like Python or C+Hands-on experience with testing tools, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debugging equipment.Familith software (Labview/Matlab /Python...)development processes and controls (version control, unit testing, bug tracking).Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and oversea team members. Proactive and highly self-motivatedAbility to handling 2-3 concurrent tasks.Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
