About Our Client Client is a global well-known infant formula and dairy company with fast growing business globally expecially in China market. Job Description * Take full leadership of all quality-related functions at the site, including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Laboratory Operations, Microbiology, Compliance, and Food Safety Management.* Ensure the manufacturing site meets all regulatory requirements for infant formula export to China, including SAMR formula registration and associated documentation, traceability, and product verification standards.* Maintain and enhance the site's Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in alignment with GB standards, Codex Alimentarius, New Zealand MPI regulations, and ISO standards.* Lead preparation and execution of all internal and external audits, including SAMR inspections, CFDA verification visits, customer audits, and certification body audits.* Act as the site's key contact for China regulatory authorities and quality-related communications with Chinese customers.* Lead the investigation of quality incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).* Ensure full traceability of raw materials and finished goods as required for China infant formula registration and recall readiness.* Develop and coach a high-performing quality team, fostering a strong food safety culture across the plant.* Monitor quality KPIs, drive operational excellence initiatives, and implement continuous improvement programs to reduce risk and improve product quality. The Successful Applicant * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, or a related discipline.* At least 8-10 years of quality leadership experience in infant formula, pharmaceutical, or registration required highly regulated food industries.* Strong understanding of Chinese infant formula regulations, especially GB standards and SAMR formula registration requirements.* Familiarity with food manufacturing regulations, MPI compliance, and international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP.* Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage but not required.* Solid leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
