The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Product Development, or related disciplines; 12+ years of experience in consumer products, consumer electronics, kitchen products, small domestic appliances, smart hardware, or related industries; Proven experience managing product development and commercialization activities; Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving co-work across different functions; Strong knowledge of product development processes, industrialization, manufacturing readiness, and product lifecycle management; Familiarity with global product development environments and international stakeholder management; Fluent English communication skills.
