You will oversee integrated marketing initiatives, social media operations, and digital asset management, while working closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders to enhance brand equity and engagement.

Job Description

  • Define and implement overarching brand communication strategies and annual planning
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across the full consumer journey
  • Partner with regional and global teams to localise brand communication initiatives
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimise ROI through effective resource allocation
  • Oversee digital asset development and governance, including social and media platforms
  • Build and execute media strategies aligned with global guidelines and local needs
  • Drive social media strategy, including content, influencer engagement, and platform partnerships
  • Manage brand-owned channels and oversee marketing strategies
  • Strengthen brand positioning through innovative engagement with target audiences
  • Lead and develop a team, fostering collaboration and performance excellence

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • 12+ years in marketing within multinational environments
  • Strong expertise in brand communication and digital media strategy
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and social media ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders, including global teams
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
  • People management experience with a track record of team development
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Fluent English communication, both written and spoken
