About Our Client Our client is a reputable retail business with global presence. Job Description Group Reporting & Consolidation Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to Group Finance. Manage consolidation of China operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and Group Finance on reporting requirements. Enhance reporting standards, controls, and governance processes. FP&A & Business Performance Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Monitor key business KPIs including revenue, profitability, costs, inventory, and cash flow. Prepare management reports and business performance reviews for senior leadership. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Investment & Financing Support Support financing, fundraising, M&A, IPO readiness, or other corporate finance initiatives. Coordinate financial and operational information for due diligence, investor presentations, and disclosure requirements. Partner with external advisors, auditors, and investment institutions on investment-related projects. Support management with business analysis, KPI reporting, and investor Q&A preparation. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline. 10+ years of experience in FP&A, group reporting and consolidation roles in consumer sector. Strong expertise in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Exposure to financing, IPO preparation, M&A, investor relations, or due diligence processes is highly preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
