Job Description Serve as a strategic business partner to the China commercial organization, providing financial leadership and actionable insights to drive growth and profitability. Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and business case evaluation. Oversee the Finance BP, SFE, and Market Insights functions, ensuring strong integration of data, analytics, and financial perspectives to support decision-making. Drive resource allocation, investment prioritization, and commercial performance optimization. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Market Access, Medical, and other business functions. Provide clear and impactful communication to global stakeholders and senior leadership. The Successful Applicant Senior finance professional with substantial experience gained within a multinational pharmaceutical company. Demonstrated track record in end-to-end finance leadership and business finance partnering. Strong commercial acumen with outstanding Finance BP capabilities and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience managing broad finance responsibilities, including planning, performance management, and strategic decision support. Prior exposure to additional commercial support functions such as SFE, business analytics, market research, commercial excellence, or other cross-functional areas would be highly advantageous. Proven people leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix and global environment. Fluent English required.
