Lead and develop Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams. Deliver customer, retail, CRM, digital, and omnichannel insights to support business performance. Drive advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives to improve customer engagement, personalization, and commercial effectiveness. Partner with business leaders across retail, eCommerce, marketing, merchandising, and operations to identify growth opportunities and solve business challenges. Build scalable data capabilities, governance frameworks, and practices across the organization. Act as a strategic partner to global and regional leadership teams, ensuring alignment on data priorities and initiatives. Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for senior management. Data innovation and explore opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning across key business functions. The Successful Applicant A successful Data Head should have: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines. 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related fields. Proven experience in scaling high-performing data teams. Strong background in data analytics, data science, predictive modeling, and business insights generation. Prior experience within luxury, fashion, retail, consumer goods, or omnichannel businesses is highly preferred. Deep understanding of customer analytics, CRM, loyalty, personalization, and digital ecosystems. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience working within a global organization and collaborating with international stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL, Python, cloud-based data platforms, and modern BI tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
