Job Description Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management: Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for key commodities. Manage the full supplier lifecycle from identification, qualification, and RFQs to negotiation and onboarding. Cost Optimization & Risk Management: Build transparent Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models. Drive continuous cost improvement initiatives and develop robust supply chain risk mitigation plans, including establishing alternative sourcing channels. Performance & Collaboration: Monitor and manage supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness. Collaborate closely with Engineering, SQE, and Planning teams to ensure seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production ramp-up. The Successful Applicant Experience & Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or supplier management within a manufacturing environment. Industry & Technical Skills: Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in data center infrastructure (liquid cooling, racks, PDUs) or EMS/Electronic Manufacturing. Proven ability in cost analysis, contract negotiation, and understanding technical specifications. Core Competencies: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written) for cross-functional collaboration with US headquarters. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Willingness to travel to supplier sites (e.g., Zhenjiang, Chengdu, Shenzhen).
