About Our Client An organisation within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Job Description Assume full operational and financial for the manufacturing site, including budget management, cost control, productivity, and overall business performance. Develop and execute site strategies aligned with business by measurable performance indicators. Monitor and report operational performance, risks, and key business metrics to senior management Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring performance in delivery, throughput, capacity utilization, and inventory management. Establish and maintain continuous improvement programmes using Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches. Manage equipment readiness, capital investment planning, and facility infrastructure to coordinate production requirements. New product introduction activities, including DFM reviews, pilot production, process validation, and production ramp-up. Work with engineering teams, programme managers, and customers to help with successful product launches while maintaining quality standards. Take ownership of site quality systems, certification management, audit readiness, and corrective action programmes. Ensure compliance with labour standards, environmental, health and safety requirements, and company policies. Develop cross-functional teams across production, engineering, quality, HR, and warehousing functions. Manage customer visits, audits, and executive communications, acting as the primary site representative. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience within electronics manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a General Manager, Plant Head, or Site head capacity. Strong experience managing electronics manufacturing operations covering SMT, assembly, testing, and related production processes. Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end New Product Introduction projects from prototype to mass production. Proven capability in diverse functional teams including production, process engineering, quality, human resources, and warehouse management. Solid knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, quality management systems, and ISO standards. Experience with full site budget management or P&L Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Willingness to be based in Dongguan and travel internationally when required. Experience in EMS, ODM, or contract manufacturing environments will be advantageous. Exposure to display products, optical bonding, or similar technologies is preferred. What's on Offer Annual salary ranging from CNY 1,000,000 to CNY 1,200,000.
