Job Description

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare and present management reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and efficiency.
  • Analyse market trends and their impact on the retail business.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
  • Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • Experience in the retail industry or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
