Job Description Manage monthly closing, rolling forecast, and variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast. Support the preparation of the annual budget and 5-year business plan, and provide financial analysis on business performance and key trends. Lead plant cost controlling activities, including standard costing, cost variance analysis, and SAP CO module management. Monitor operating expenses, oversee CIP (Construction in Progress) projects, and ensure effective cost control. Coordinate external audits, tax filings, internal control activities, and financial reporting, including cash flow reporting and consolidation. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing finance management role. Experience in automotive components, automotive manufacturing, or multinational manufacturing companies is preferred. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, tax management, SAP, and good English communication skills.
