The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: Bachelor or above education degree with professional certification. Extensive knowledge of financial management within the retail/consumer industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams. Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with strong BP skills. Sound understanding of regulatory and tax compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Entrepreneurship with start up business experience is a strong plus.
