Job Description Lead the overall finance function, including accounting, taxation, treasury, costing, budgeting and financial reporting. Manage and develop a finance team, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance and operational effectiveness. Drive finance transformation and process standardisation to align local operations with global financial policies and reporting requirements. Prepare management reports, business performance analysis and presentations for senior management and group stakeholders. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making. Support investment projects and M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning and post-deal implementation. Act as the key liaison between the local business and overseas finance teams, facilitating effective cross-border communication and collaboration. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. At least 8 years of finance experience within manufacturing environments, with comprehensive exposure to accounting, costing, tax, budgeting and financial controls. Experience working within multinational organisations and supporting regional or global reporting structures. Exposure to finance transformation projects, ERP implementation or post-merger integration activities will be advantageous. Fluent English with the ability to manage business communications, reporting and stakeholder interactions in an international environment. Strong stakeholder management, communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Hands-on, adaptable and capable of driving change within a growing organisation.
