The post holder needs to ensure that accounting data is properly classified, recorded, reported and analyzed on a timely basis.prepare and review budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, cash and funds flow statements and also be responsible for tax planning. The post holder will participate in the establishment of Operational goals and objectives including planning for their achievement, assessing progress and advice to management.be responsible for all statutory reporting and liaison with external auditors and local authorities. The CFO will administer Internal Audit to ensure compliance with all tax and legal requirements as well as internal policies and controls.lead IT team to guide information systems, business intelligence, and data security improvements.also supervises Supply Chain Management, miscellaneous items purchasing, Customs Affairs team as well as any other ad-hoc assignments. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with ACCA or CPAMinimum 12 years working experience with at least 7 years in Electronic Manufacturing industry in Greater China.At least 5 years supervisory experience.Must have excellent communication (to include spoken and written English), interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills, plus the ability to exercise sound business judgement.Ability to continuously improve team's skills and performance.Clear thinking, open and willing to challenge.
