Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for assigned business areas
  • Partner with business leaders to translate commercial priorities into financial plans and actionable insights
  • Analyze revenue, profitability, cost, and other key business drivers, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Deliver management reporting, scenario analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, financial processes, and management reporting
  • Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and business cases
  • Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions
  • Contribute to the development of a strong, insight-driven finance culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Around 3yrs experience in FP&A / commercial finance
  • Consumer goods / FMCG experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable operating in an international, matrixed environment
  • Fluent Chinese and business English
