With engineering teams across multiple countries, the company focuses on building scalable robotic systems that combine hardware, software, and automation technologies. Job Description Design and develop electronic systems, including schematic design, PCB development, and hardware architecture. Improve and optimize existing hardware platforms to make sure performance, reliability, localization, and cost. Conduct component derating, worst-case, and reliability assessments. Manage DFMEA/System FMEA activities and implement risk mitigation plans. Perform hardware debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause management during prototyping, validation, and production stages. Develop and execute validation plans covering functional, reliability, EMC, and environmental testing. Manage manufacturing introduction activities including DFM, DFT, product validation, and production ramp-up. Work with firmware, software, mechanical, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle. The Successful Applicant Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development. Experience in industries such as robotics, industrial automation, AGV/AMR, intelligent equipment, automotive, aerospace, or related sectors. Strong hands-on experience in: Power electronics and power supply design Mixed-signal circuit design Embedded processors and microcontrollers Component derating Worst-case calculations DFMEA / System FMEA Reliability and validation testing Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar. Strong hardware debugging skills with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, and multimeters. Good verbal English communication skills within an international engineering environment. Exposure to industrial safety standards or product compliance requirements. Experience in Design-to-Cost, VAVE, or cost optimization projects. Experience in logistics automation, warehouse automation, AGV/AMR, or related applications is considered a plus.
