Job Description

Operational Excellence

Lead operational performance across manufacturing, engineering, quality and supply chain, driving continuous improvement in productivity, quality, delivery, cost, yield and efficiency. Embed disciplined operational excellence and Lean practices to strengthen competitiveness and support profitable growth.

China & Vietnam Integration

Drive closer integration between the Huizhou and Vietnam operations, establishing a unified operating model, common performance standards and stronger cross-site collaboration. Optimize capabilities, capacity and resources across both locations while fostering a cohesive leadership culture.

Process, Governance & Accountability

Strengthen organizational discipline through clear governance, operating processes, KPI frameworks and management routines. Establish clear ownership and accountability at all levels, improving performance visibility, problem-solving and execution while building an operating platform that can scale with the business.

Customer & Growth Focus

Partner closely with the Executive Directors and commercial teams to ensure operational capabilities support customer requirements, new business opportunities and long-term growth. Strengthen NPI and industrialization execution and ensure consistent delivery of quality, service and responsiveness to customers.

Digital Transformation & AI

Master of data-driven management, digitalization and smart manufacturing. Leverage automation, analytics and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational visibility, planning, productivity, quality and decision-making, with a strong focus on practical and measurable business outcomes.

Leadership & Change Management

Act as a hands-on operational head and trusted partner to the Executive Directors. Lead organizational transformation across China and Vietnam while developing a strong leadership pipeline and fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

*Proven senior leadership experience within EMS, electronics manufacturing, industrial technology, automotive electronics or a related manufacturing environment

*Extensive experience in managing multi-site manufacturing operations, ideally with responsibility across manufacturing, engineering, quality and supply chain.

*Strong operational exposure to China and Southeast Asia, with Vietnam experience highly advantageous.

*Demonstrated track record in operational excellence, cost and productivity improvement, and business transformation.

*Strong understanding of NPI, manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain and complex customer-driven manufacturing environments.

*Experience implementing digitalization, smart manufacturing, automation, advanced analytics and/or AI-enabled management solutions.

*Proven ability to build high-performing leadership teams and successfully lead organizational and cultural change.

*Strategic yet hands-on, thoughtful, detail-oriented and highly accountable leadership style.

*Fluent English and Mandarin, with Cantonese listening/comprehension capability required.

*Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain or related discipline; MBA or advanced qualification advantageous.
