Job Description Manage an engineering team to deliver product and manufacturing. Oversee the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from design transfer through validation, pilot production, and full-scale manufacturing. Work closely with local management and international product development teams to ensure smooth project execution. Improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Ensure products comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners in resolving technical issues and improving product performance. Serve as the main engineering contact between overseas product development teams and China-based operations. Contribute to activities related to product quality, manufacturability, cost improvement, and process optimization. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience managing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI), product industrialization. Background in consumer products, durable goods, automotive components, or mechanical assemblies is preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing processes including injection molding, metal fabrication, assembly, and supplier management. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo/ProE, or similar systems. Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing efficiency programs. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
