Job Description Reporting directly to the China GM, this role will establish and manage the overall IT and Digital ecosystem in China. The successful candidate will lead the setup of IT infrastructure, retail technology, e-commerce systems, and integration with global platforms, supporting growth across both physical stores and digital channels. Establish and manage the China IT landscape, including infrastructure, security, workplace technology, governance, and vendor management. Partner with global IT teams to align local architecture, standards, and business requirements. Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of retail and e-commerce platforms, including POS, OMS, WMS, CRM, ERP integration, membership, and customer data solutions. Ensure seamless integration across store operations, e-commerce channels, supply chain, finance, and customer engagement platforms. Develop and support the technology ecosystem required for China e-commerce operations, including marketplace, DTC, and omnichannel business models. Manage integrations with key China digital platforms such as Tmall, JD, Douyin, and WeChat. Design and manage system architecture across ERP, retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and finance platforms. Develop the China IT & Digital roadmap, manage implementation budgets, and build the local technology team as the business expands. The Successful Applicant A successful IT Manager should have: 7+ years of IT and digital experience within retail, footwear, fashion, sportswear, or consumer brands. Strong experience supporting both retail stores and e-commerce operations. Hands-on knowledge of retail and e-commerce systems, including POS, OMS, WMS, CRM, ERP, and related integrations. Experience managing marketplace integrations such as Tmall, JD, Douyin, and WeChat ecosystem. Experience working within multinational organizations and collaborating with global stakeholders.
