Job Description * Lead and manage the research and development of new and improved sanitary pad products. * Conduct thorough research on materials suitable for sanitary pads, ensuring high absorbency, comfort, and safety. * Apply principles of ergonomics to design sanitary pads that provide optimal fit and comfort for users. * Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. * Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards related to sanitary products, ensuring all products are compliant. * Analyze and apply relevant patents to protect new product innovations and avoid infringement. * Gather and interpret consumer insights to guide product development and improvements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance to ensure product success. * Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings and project progress. The Successful Applicant * Master's degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. * Overseas education background or working experience will be a plus.* Proven experience in sanitary product development or a closely related field.* In-depth knowledge of materials used in sanitary products, including absorbent materials and skin-friendly components.* Strong understanding of ergonomics and its application in product design.* Familiarity with testing standards such as ISO, ASTM, and other relevant protocols.* Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and standards for sanitary products in various regions.* Experience with patent research and application in product development.* Ability to interpret consumer research and translate insights into product features.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.* Experience working in the sanitary products industry.* Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly materials.* Familiarity with advanced manufacturing processes and technologies What's on Offer Competitive salary package.Allowances.
