The Successful Applicant Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience delivering complex engineering products or systems from development through deployment. Previous experience developing engineering teams within a product-oriented environment. Familiarity with robotics, automation equipment, industrial systems, or related technologies. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical system integration. Experience coordinating activities across multiple technical and business functions. Knowledge of verification, testing, quality management, and reliability practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Well-developed planning, organization, and prioritization abilities. Professional-level English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience establishing new teams, sites, or engineering functions. Exposure to international organizations and multicultural working environments. Familiarity with robotics platforms, warehouse automation solutions, or industrial technology products.
