We are seeking an Engineering Manager to establish and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team for robotics product development and implementation. Job Description

  • Establish and develop a high-performing engineering team covering mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
  • Facilitate onboarding, career development, and knowledge development activities across the team.
  • Create a workplace environment that encourages accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and effective communication.
  • Participate in workforce planning, recruitment, and team expansion initiatives.



Project Execution

  • Convert business priorities into structured project plans and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate engineering activities to ensure projects progress according to defined schedules and quality expectations.
  • Improve workflows, communication channels, and development processes across teams.
  • Maintain regular communication regarding project status, technical considerations, and delivery risks.



Engineering Management

  • Provide direction on system architecture, product development approaches, and engineering standards.
  • Establish frameworks for testing, monitoring, validation, and operational readiness.
  • Promote sustainable development practices that contribute to product reliability, maintainability, and long-term performance.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement activities related to engineering processes and product quality.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience delivering complex engineering products or systems from development through deployment.
  • Previous experience developing engineering teams within a product-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with robotics, automation equipment, industrial systems, or related technologies.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical system integration.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple technical and business functions.
  • Knowledge of verification, testing, quality management, and reliability practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Well-developed planning, organization, and prioritization abilities.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience establishing new teams, sites, or engineering functions.
  • Exposure to international organizations and multicultural working environments.
  • Familiarity with robotics platforms, warehouse automation solutions, or industrial technology products.
  • Experience with product lifecycle activities, deployment programs, or operational systems.
