Job Description Partner with business units, marketing and project teams to support new product development and business expansion initiatives. Lead RFQ management, supplier bidding, total delivered cost analysis and sourcing decision-making processes. Develop supply chain solutions and negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers. Drive supplier commitment and accountability to ensure successful project launches. Identify emerging technologies, market trends and supplier opportunities to support innovation. Develop and qualify new suppliers, products and manufacturing processes. Coordinate supplier collaboration activities including co-development, design reviews and design transfers. Support tooling development, sample management and product qualification activities. Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives. Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery, compliance and risk management metrics. Lead cost reduction and value engineering initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve sourcing and supply chain challenges.Support continuous improvement projects across the sourcing function.Complete additional assignments as required by management. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree required; Engineering-related disciplines are preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience within sourcing, procurement or supply chain functions in multinational organisations. At least 3 years of mechanical sourcing project management experience. Strong supplier development and strategic sourcing expertise. Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing complex sourcing and supply chain projects. Strong communication and influencing skills across international teams. Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
