Job Description 1.Product Development & Engineering: Design packaging structures (e.g., sprayers, lotion pumps, cream jars, tubes) using 3D modeling (SolidWorks/UG) and 2D drawings, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.2.Documentation: Prepare design specifications, BOM lists, and test reports; maintain structural technology database.3.Problem Solving: Lead performance verification and resolve pre-production issues (e.g., leakage, breakage) through tests such as drop, sealing, and life cycle.4.End-to-End Project Execution: Collaborate with global R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams to move designs into mass production, including mold requirements and trial follow-up.5.Customer & Cross-Functional Communication: Actively liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure project success.6.Innovation & Market Analysis: Research competitive packaging, analyze trends, and propose innovative solutions (e.g., lightweight, recyclable designs). The Successful Applicant 1.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Material, or Packaging Engineering; plastics manufacturing background preferred.2.Strong technical foundation in structural engineering, plastic component design, and multi-component assembly.3.Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD software; able to complete full design process independently.4.Experience in packaging structural design preferred; familiarity with FMCG packaging standards and mass-production troubleshooting.5.Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.6.Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.7.Professional English proficiency in reading and writing; speaking is a plus.
