Track global trends in AI, automation, large language models, and digital innovation for actionable insights. Create documentation, guides, and conduct demonstrations and knowledge‑sharing. Monitor platform usage, performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics, proposing improvements where needed. Participate in vendor evaluation, procurement processes, RFP development, and technical due diligence. The Successful Applicant More than 8 years' experience in digital platforms, AI‑enabling tools, or innovation technologies. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related fields; relevant certifications are a plus. Experience supporting enterprise platforms and conducting technology evaluations. Familiarity with AI development tools, agent frameworks, vector search, conversational AI, and related technologies. Understanding of platform architecture, including APIs, connectors, orchestration, and data flows. Exposure to vendor engagement, procurement processes, and cross‑functional collaboration. Strong analytical, research, communication, and documentation skills. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable coordinating across technical and business teams.
