Job Description

  • Own the Market: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Korea, focusing on high-value gaming advertisers (RPG, MMORPG, casino, mid-core & hardcore).
  • Drive Growth: Build and close a pipeline of direct advertisers, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contractual agreements.
  • Be the Trusted Partner: Maintain strong relationships with C-level and UA leaders, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Deliver Results: Take full accountability for quarterly new client targets, accurate forecasting, and reporting KPIs.
  • Lead Conversations: Represent the company at major industry events and host workshops to educate the market on programmatic be/st practices.
  • Influence Innovation: Share market insights with Product and Engineering teams to shape future solutions.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in mobile ad-tech, programmatic DSP, ad networks, or attribution platforms.
  • Proven success in achieving $3-5M+ annual revenue quotas with tier-1 Korean game publishers or large-scale app advertisers.
  • Strong network within Korea's gaming ecosystem and mobile marketing decision-makers.
  • Expertise in programmatic RTB, CPI/CPA/ROAS models, SKAN, and data-driven UA strategies.
  • Native-level Korean and business-fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Self-starter with a start-up mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
