This role requires a seasoned director with a proven track record in managing large after-sales service teams within the automation industry, possessing the ability to drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

As the Systems Engineering Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing advanced system-level design, development, integration, and validation activities for our interior HMI buttons, digital keys, and battery power management systems. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure the high quality and reliability of our products, while meeting the demanding requirements of the automotive industry.
