We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Quality Manager to lead the quality function at our infant formula manufacturing facility in New Zealand, primarily producing for export to the Chinese market.
As the China Quality and Regulatory Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality management system and ensuring compliance with both international and local (Chinese) regulatory requirements. Your expertise in quality assurance, supplier management, and regulatory affairs will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving business growth in China
The role will be leading the plant quality department to drive customer quality expectations, accountable to manage the teams of quality control, quality engineering, customer quality, supplier quality engineering, document control, internal audit and training and supervise the incoming quality inspection, quality system management, process quality control and internal/customer audit.
Lead a bakery application R&D team, driving product development, application trials, technical solutions and innovation projects for the China business.Report directly to the China General Manager and Global Technical Director, working closely with commercial, quality and global technical teams to translate customer needs into practical bakery solutions.
Be responsible for all sales activities to both existing automotive customers and new prospects.Develop new customers/opportunities for sustainable growth according to the Roadmap. Deliver annual sales budget for the customers under management.Handle abnormal situations such as technical quality claim, overdue payment, and/or part shortage, etc. Keep customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction.
