We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Operations Lead to drive supply chain excellence across global logistics, warehousing, planning, and order fulfilment operations. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will manage the full lifecycle of supplier quality-from selection and NPI to mass production-for critical data center components like liquid cooling systems and PDUs. You will act as the on-site quality guardian at supplier facilities, driving APQP, 8D resolution, and continuous improvement to ensure zero-defect delivery for global Tier-1 clients.

This role is responsible for strategic sourcing and supplier management of rubber, plastic and nonwoven material categories across China and Southeast Asia.
