As the CTO, you will lead our R&D team in designing and developing state-of-the-art AI chips that power the next generation of intelligent systems.

同时负责新工厂的筹建，领导工厂设计与建设工作，确保符合行业标准、环保要求及安全生产规范

全面负责CNC加工技术团队的管理与研发战略规划，推动加工工艺优化、设备升级及新产品开发，提升公司技术竞争力。

The CTO will spearhead the front end equipment business unit's new product development initiatives, overseeing technology strategy, execution, and commercialization. This role requires a proven track record in translating research into market-ready solutions.
