The position reports to Head of China Digital Technology, IT and Digital Services and Solutions and dotted line to SVP, CIO and head of digital transformation and is also part of China business leadership team. S/he works as a close colleague with senior R&D leadership in China to ensure close alignment between R&D, IT and Digital CoE's.
Position is located in Shanghai, China.

1.负责制定和实施公司信息化建设规划和年度计划,带领团队完成信息化项目的推进及实施, 推动项目在公司内部的成功落地并持续优化

1、信息化战略规划：根据集团发展战略，制订信息化战略，推动信息化运营及治理体系建设，不断提升信息化管理水平；

掌舵全集团数字化建设，实现数字化对业务的运营和管理价值，包括承载组织能力、固化管理思想、业务运作方法、为集团增长、增效服务

• 鉴于全球多点布局的现状，涵盖东南亚、北亚、欧美等地，负责统筹协调 IT 资源，确保全球业务的高效运转。
• 领导位于中国的 IT 团队，为辐射全球 2 万人规模的企业提供强有力的 IT 支撑，满足业务发展的多样化需求。

This role is responsible for global product research & development, based in Jiangsu -- Gloabl Manufacturing and R&D center. In addition, this position will manage a research and development team of dozens of people.

Our client is a well-known company in special glass industry whose business covering Mining, glass R&D and manufacturing, as well as downstream packaging industry. They are operating globally and have more than 20 manufacturing sites worldwide. To accelerate their new business in Pharmaceutical and Photovoltaic industry, they desired technology expert to join them. 1、根据企业的发展战略和目标，制订IT战略规划和蓝图；
2、主导公司重要IT项目，统筹及推进对建设过程中所有项目的技术调研、评审、决策(自主研发或外部采购）、谈判及技术接口工作，保证各信息系统支撑公司的整体运营；

1、完善制造领域经营效率指标监控体系，通过数据发现问题，提升整体效率

2、带领团队完善制造领域IT产品，推动自建工厂、外协工厂IT项目落地，提升团队数字化能力

3、主导重点项目推进与落地，拉通资源解决问题

The Global CTO - Process Technology is a C- suite level role for the organisation. The role is expected to be responsible for driving product and process development operations for overall development of quality and productivity.

The role is expected to be based out of India from the Corporate HQ however fluidity in the mobility can be discussed basis interest levels of prospective candidates
